Quick n Easy Homemade Biryani Recipe

Green Chily Raita


This green chilli raita is one crackling recipe that is sure to be a crowd-puller. Super easy to put together, this raita is the fiery element that'll give your spread that extra kick. You do not even need many exotic ingredients to make it. All you need is a bowl of dahi, finely chopped green chillies, a pinch of salt and a hint of red chilly powder. Spruce it up with some fresh coriander leaves.

Ingredients

  • 5 green chilli
  • 2 pinch red chilli powder
  • 2 salt as required
  • 2 cup yoghurt (curd)
  • 1 handful coriander leaves

Step by Steps

Wash and chop the green chilies and coriander leaves. Keep it aside in a bowl.

Take a big bowl, beat the yogurt in it till smooth.

Now add salt, red chilli powder, chopped green chilies and coriander to the yogurt and mix well. Serve chilled.
